Jane Alice Assadzadeh, born on July 8, 1974, in Trenton, Michigan, passed away on March 1, 2026, in Cleveland, Tennessee after having just relocated from a long rich life in the area of San Diego, California. A graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Jane was a dedicated professional in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, where she served as an organizer, culture creator, motivator, and executive assistant for various dynamic companies throughout her career.
Jane was a big-hearted individual who overflowed with love and compassion for the world, including all people, children, the environment, and animals. She shared her life for almost 18 years with her husband, Thomas (Jeff) Assadzadeh, and their beloved Boxer dog, Petey, who was a profound source of joy and companionship for them, as well as their other dogs, Elsa and King. Jeff will deeply miss and grieve Jane. Her kindness and dedication to making a positive impact were evident in all aspects of her life.
In her early years, Jane attended St. Albert's School and Cranbrook Kingswood School in Michigan, later graduating from Hawaii Preparatory Academy in Kamuela, Hawaii. She was deeply cherished by her family, including her brother, Jason Provalenko; her niece, Hannah Provalenko; sister-in-law, Kelly Provalenko; numerous cousins, and many friends whose lives she touched with her warmth and generosity.
Jane's spirit will be remembered by all who knew her, and her legacy of compassion and commitment to making the world a better place will live on through the lives she inspired. Jane will be cremated in Tennessee and finally be rested in peace with a celebration of life at a later date.
Jane was preceded in death by many so very close to her: Thomas Provalenko (father), Patricia Provalenko Price (mother), Aaron Provalenko (younger brother), Brigette Provalenko (cousin).
