James Bunch

James Daniel Bunch (Danny), 59, of Knoxville, TN passed away at UT Medical Center on October 25, 2025. Mr. Bunch was a graduate of Greenback High School. Danny had a heart bigger than he was and a love of life especially when it came to his children and grandchildren. Family was everything to him. He worked construction for many years and later became a Knox County School Bus Owner. Danny had another love as well, he loved to ride his motorcycle and four wheel in his jeep in his spare time. 

He was preceded in death by father, James Vincent Bunch (Jim); nephew, Mark Anthony Rogers; companion Piper (good daughter); self- adopted brother, Donald Wayne Posey; several cousins, aunts, uncles and in-laws.

He is survived by his mother, Rosetta Sue Bunch of Loudon County, TN; sister, Linda Sue Bunch of Loudon County, TN; daughter, Lillian Paige Bunch (Baby Travis) of Knox County, TN; three sons, Justin Daniel Bunch (Krystal) of Loudon County, TN; James Cleveland Bunch (Malia) of Knox County, TN; John Thomas Adkins (Jennifer) of Knox County, TN; two granddaughters, Elena Paige Berry and Lakelynn Bunch (Lettie) both of Knox County, TN; four grandsons, Bryson Bunch of Knox County, TN; Braydon White of Knox County, TN; Axel Gomez of Illinois; Bunkie Bunch of Knox County, TN; niece, Noel Hutton of Loudon County, TN; nephew, Christopher James McClanahan of Loudon County, TN; several aunts, cousins and life long partner and love of his life, Mary Ann Bunch of Knox County, TN.

His family will be having a private viewing for them and close friends but there will be no services. The family invites everyone to a Celebration of Life at a following date to be determined.
