Harold "Jeff" Jeffrey Dixon, 59, of Calhoun passed away on April 1, 2026.

Jeff was born in McMinn County to Harold and Judy Dixon and was a lifelong resident of the area. He was an avid outdoorsman and skilled trapper, founding his own business, Allied Wildlife Management, where he was a licensed professional. Jeff was also a meticulous carpenter who took great pride in his craftsmanship.

He enjoyed traveling, especially trips out west with his friend Lamont Gentry, and had a deep appreciation for collecting antique hand tools. Jeff also had a passion for ham radios and CB radios, hobbies that brought him much enjoyment over the years.

Preceded in death by his father, William Harold Dixon.

Survivors include his mother, Judy Dixon; brother, Danny (Stacey) Dixon; nephews, Jaxon (Kaelin) Dixon and Haden Dixon; great nephew and niece Myles and Elanoire Dixon; aunt, Mary Hembree; and many other loved family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 2:00pm at Calhoun Community Cemetery with Pastor Mike Allen officiating the service.
