Guynetta Cline

Guynetta Cline, 83, of Benton, Tennessee, passed away on August 13, 2026. She was born on November 6, 1942, to the late Guy and Lena Hickey.

Guynetta enjoyed sewing and quilting, and she was always fond of spending time outdoors, whether she was chasing cattle or enjoying the company of her beloved dogs and cats.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Kathy Johnson Key; grandson, Tyler Gibson; and granddaughters, Carrie Watson and Cheryl Watson.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Susan Rogers, Carol Gibson (Charlie), and Anita "Pete" Watson; grandchildren, T.J. Rogers, Anthony Rogers (Blakeley), Kelsey Gibson (Ryan Lane), and Jared Watson; and great-grandchildren, Arabella Rogers, Eric Rogers, Charlee Gibson, and Hayden Gibson. She also leaves behind numerous extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the Shelton Parlor of Companion Funeral & Cremation Service, located at 2412 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311.
