Grant Douglas Woody, age 76, passed away on March 4, 2026.

Grant proudly served his country and retired from the United States Army, where he worked as a trauma ward nurse during the Vietnam War. Following his military service, he continued helping others through his work as a Senior PC Repair Technician.

In his free time, Grant enjoyed playing video games, listening to music, and watching movies and television. One of his favorite shows was Yellowstone. He will be remembered for his service, his knowledge, and the quiet joys he found in the things he loved.

Grant will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include his sister, Susan (Pepper) Castleberry; nephew, Mike Buff; and godson, Nik Minks.

There will be no formal services at this time.
