Gloria Jean Duke

Gloria Jean Benson Duke, 74, of Cleveland, TN, passed away June 27,2021 surrounded by her family. She was of the Baptist Faith. Gloria was a shopaholic, lover of Lasater’s Coffee and Westerns. She loved her family and was always right.

Preceded in death by her father Joe Ray Benson; sisters, Kathy Lee Benson and Sharon DeSha; grandson, Chandler Heaton.

Survived by her mother, Alice Catherine Trotter; sons, Chad (Tina) Heaton and Craig (Ally) Heaton; special mother of Ray and Candy Duke; siblings, Joe Benson, Mike Benson, Monica (Jeff) Brown, and Robby (Cheryl)Trotter; grandchildren, Hannah Devin, Tailore, Rayleigh, Ruby, and soon to be unnamed grandson; great-grandson, Atticus; many nieces and nephews. In Lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to St. Jude Research Center.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021 from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM at Maple Street Baptist Church, 1700 Maple Street. Cleveland, TN, with a memorial service to follow at 4:00 PM.
