Glenn Eugene Turner, born on February 7, 1959, in Knoxville, TN, passed away peacefully under sedation on May 3, 2026. He was 67 years old at the time of his passing. Glenn was a dedicated home construction worker, applying his skills and craftsmanship to every project he undertook. He did so, working often for less money than most others in his field would charge.
Glenn was a caring and compassionate individual who often found fulfillment in helping those in need. He had a great passion for music and enjoyed playing the guitar, bringing joy to family and friends through his melodies. In his leisure time, Glenn loved building models and immersing himself in video games, which provided him an escape into the stars he had always dreamed of traversing as a child. He was also an avid fan of western films and cherished quiet moments over a good cup of coffee.
He is survived by his sons, Joseph, Brackgus, and Jesse Turner; his sister-in-law, Sharron Goodman; his brothers, Bart, Greg, Mike, and Stan Turner; and his brother-in-law, Rob Goodman. Glenn's warmth, humor, and incredible spirit will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
His family invites all who were touched by his life to remember him in their own special way.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Turner and Glennice Turner.
