Glenn W Culp, Sunrise May 29, 1956 - Sunset June 23, 2026, Age 70. Glenn was born in Chattanooga, TN to Floyd G Culp and Ruby Whitson Culp.

He is survived by his spouse, Brian Becnel and two sons, Zachary Rutledge (Jaida) and Cody Rutledge and two Grandchildren, Summer and Tison. He is also survived by two sisters, Amy Reina (Roland) and Anne Brown and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by numerous in-laws on the Becnel side, too numerous to mention except for Daphne Hebert, who has been his biggest supporter since the Day she met him.

Glenn was born in Chattanooga, but the family moved around a bit because of his father's Job with State Farm. They finally landed in Monroe, LA where Glenn finished high school at Neville High School. He went on to college and finally got His Law Degree from Baylor University. (GO BEARS). After being an accountant for a while, he ended up in the New Orleans area as an in-house Lawyer for State Farm for over 20 yrs and then as a Financial Officer for Dr Eric George. This is where he eventually met Brian and were inseparable from day one.

Although he loved Golf and even played on his high school team, it took a back burner for his second love, Bowling. He bowled two perfect 300 games. Because of his bowling love, He and Brian were able to do a lot of traveling associated with bowling tournaments. They did many tournaments within the US including Los Angles, Seattle, Denver, Phoenix, Miami, New York and of course New Orleans. Some out of the country ones like Toronto, Canada and New Zealand and Australia.

After his retirement in 2019 they moved to Gatlinburg,TN where he applied and adopted the two boys. They later moved to Cleveland, TN for medical reasons and for the boys to be closer to their biological siblings. He would say that his greatest accomplishment in life was to adopt these two boys and give them the life that they deserve. This is when he rediscovered his love of golf and like to play in the peaceful settings of the Ole Country Course. He was an avid sports fans, especially his Baylor Bears. He will be sadly missed by our two Dog, Brandy and Daisy and his special Cat, Bruce.
