George Leslie Rohland, Jr.

George Leslie Rohland, Jr., born on August 10, 1972, in Cleveland, Ohio, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2026, at Rhea Medical Center, just two days shy of his 54th birthday. A devoted family man and friend to many, George was known for his generous spirit and unwavering dedication to those he loved.

George embraced his Baptist faith and was an active member of Faith Baptist Church, where he found community and fellowship. His love for life was evident in his passion for fishing and dirt track racing, pursuits that brought him immense joy and allowed him to create cherished memories with his children.

George is survived by his loving mother, Carolyn Sue Morgan; his beloved daughter, Kristin Rohland (Caleb Godsey); and his sons, Kaaidin Rohland and Killin Rohland. He is also remembered fondly by his siblings, Tony (Conny) Rohland and Wanda Rohland, as well as his adored grandchildren, Cayleigh Godsey and Ryver Godsey, along with several nieces and nephews who will forever hold him in their hearts.

Preceded in death by his father, George Leslie Rohland, Sr. and his sister Angela Sue Simpson, George leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness. He was an inspiration to many, a great father, son, brother, and friend whose warmth and generosity of spirit touched countless lives.

A celebration of life to honor George will be held at a later date.
