Gary "Wayne" Foster, aged 77, of Ringgold, Georgia, peacefully departed this life on July 21, 2026. He was born on June 2, 1949, to the late George and Eva Foster and was a devoted member of the Christian faith.

Wayne dedicated over 55 years of his life to his work as a brick mason, a trade that reflected his strong work ethic and craftsmanship. Beyond his professional achievements, he was known for his vibrant spirit and passions, most notably his love for NASCAR racing, fishing, and exploring flea markets where he found joy in both the hunt for treasures and the charm of simple moments.

Wayne is survived by his beloved daughter, Monica Foster Westmoreland, and his son, David (Morgan) Schenck, who, along with their families, will cherish the sweet memories of his laughter and love. He was the proud grandfather of seven grandchildren: Angel, Timmy, Layla, Mia, Ben, Sawyer, and Liam, each of whom held a special place in his heart. He also leaves behind seven brothers , seven loving sisters and a wide circle of family and friends, all of whom will profoundly miss his warm presence.

A celebration of Wayne's life will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026, 1:00 PM at Riverside Baptist Church. The family invites those who knew and loved Wayne to join them as they honor his legacy, share fond memories, and find solace in each other's presence.
