Fred "Doug" Leslie, Jr.

Fred Douglas Leslie, Jr age 65 of Ocoee, TN went to be with “His Jesus” on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at his home. Doug loved flowers and singing gospel music, but most of all Tennessee Football and going to church. Next to Jesus, Doug loved his family and his friends, especially his grandchildren and his great-granddaughter.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Mable Leslie; first wife, Sherri Leslie; and granddaughter, Sherri Ann Leslie.
Doug is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Ann; son, Freddy (Jessica) Leslie; daughter, Amy (Allen) Foran; bonus daughters Kay Stinnett (Anthony Cartwright), and Jody (Billy) Lemons. Doug was blessed with twelve grandchildren; great-granddaughter, Lily May Leslie and a great-grandson on the way; sisters, Kathy (Ronnie) Pruitt, Jan Biggs, and Robin Allen all of Nashville ; nieces, Hope Pruitt and Linda Biggs of Nashville; special friends, Gene and Joyce Pack, Wynter and Elijah Phillips, and Jean Post; as well as other extended family and a host of friends.
A memorial gathering will be held from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the Cleveland Chapel of Companion Funeral Home. Timothy (Zoie Wilson) and Isaac Leslie, Ashley Gatlin, Trever and Bryson Stinnett, Ezekiel, Zion and Paisley Lemons, Peyton Hooker and Levi and Rosalie Phillips will serve as Honorary Pallbearers
