Frances Penalver

Frances Penalver, 77, passed away March 7, 2016 at Bradley Healthcare and Rehabilitation, which had been her home for the past 11 years. She was a “Christmas Eve Baby” and loved celebrating birthday and Christmas right together. Frances, who preferred being referred to as “Captain”, enjoyed Bingo, animals, Jewelry, and flirting with the EMTs who came to the facility. She endeared herself to the staff at Bradley Healthcare and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held at Vinsett chapel at Bradley Healthcare at a later date.
