Florence "Jane" Mowery

Florence "Jane" Mowery, 86, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026. Jane was born on February 28, 1940 in Blue Ridge, Georgia to the late Jordan and Ethel Prock. Jane loved spending time in her garden whenever she could. Most of all she enjoyed growing her flowers.

Along with her parents she was preceded in deaths by her husband, Frank Mowery; and her siblings, James Prock, Charles E. Prock, Joe Prock, and Shirley Powell.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Steve (Becky) Mowery and David (Angie) Mowery; siblings, Roy (Sandra) Prock, Kathy (Paul) Russell, and Jordan (Wanda) Prock jr., Carolyn(Larry) Prescott, and Betty (Rodney) Becky; and her grandchildren, Amanda Mowery, Stephanie Abercrombie, Shelbie (Greg) Bales, Vincent Lemons, and Dakota (Shelbie) Mowery; along with a host of extended family and friends.

The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home - The Cleveland Chapel.

A celebration of life service will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 11:00 am at Lebanon Baptist Church. The family will be receiving friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am prior to the service. A graveside service is to follow at Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery.
