Florence Ann Miller Tucker, 86, went to heaven on Wednesday, December 22, 2021.She was born to Florence Adelaide (Wood) and George Miller on March 23, 1935 in North Belmore, NY. Florence graduated from Wilson School of Nursing with her RN degree and married David Tucker in 1956. She retired from nursing in 1991.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother George.
Florence leaves behind a sister, Clara Murphy of NJ; children: Tim of Orlando, FL, Lori of Weymouth, MA, Cathy of Cleveland, TN, Jere’ of Burns, TN, and Merri of Imperial Beach, CA; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
She had a penchant for all kinds of needlework and crafts. She never met an animal she didn’t like.
Donations can be made in her name to Bradley County SPCA.
