Eva Lane Green

Eva Lane Green, 86, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on August 15, 2026. She was born on June 26, 1940, to the late Cecil and Leona Burchfield.

In addition to her parents, Eva was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Green; sisters, Faye McSpadden and Emma Burchfield; brother, Charles Gilbert Burchfield; and daughter-in-law, Sandy Green.

Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Michael Green (Detra); daughter, Sherry Duggan (Greg); sister, Ann Long (Charles); grandchildren, Tyler Green (Hailee), Amanda McDowell, and Ashley Duggan; and great-grandchildren, Cooper Green, Kaleb McDowell, and Bayleigh Duggan. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Eva's family will receive friends from 3pm until 5pm on Saturday August 22nd in the Ridge Sanctuary of Companion Funeral & Cremation Service located at 2412 Georgetown Road NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. A celebration of life service will follow at 5pm with Lee Ingram and Johnny Wilcox officiating.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Willow Acres and Adoration Hospice for the kindness and compassionate care shown to Eva, with special thanks to Adam, Rachel, and Janie.
