Ebin Jordan Norris II, age 70, of McMinn County, TN passed away at Etowah Health and Rehab on June 2, 2026. He was born to the late Ebin and Effie Norris on February 26, 1956. He was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and uncle and he will be dearly missed.

Ebin was preceded in death by his parents Ebin and Effie Norris; sisters, Diane Bean, Mildred Cambell, and Yvonne Sumner; his beloved wife, Sammie Norris; and nephew, Ervin Brown.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, sons, Ebin Norris III (Kelly Mitteis) of Calhoun, TN and Jacob Norris (Jean Jones) of Dalton, GA; daughter, Summer Nichols of Cleveland, TN; grandchildren, Nickolas Forbes and Ashlyn Forbes of Cleveland, TN, Sahara Mitteis and Brian Boggess of Calhoun, TN, Faith Norris, Savannah Norris, and Jacob Norris of Dalton, GA; Great-grandchildren, Kaliyah Forbes and Rhys Forbes of Cleveland, TN; sister, Jewel Brown of Eastman, GA; nieces and nephews, Tracy and Steve Bradford, Lee and Amy Bean, Stacey Bean, all of Cleveland, TN, Dewayne and Pattie Bean of Birchwood, TN, Perry and Suzanne Brown of Cleveland, TN; multiple great nieces and nephews,and cousins.
