Douglas Wiley Smith, 59, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away August 11, 2022. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Luke & Cecil Hurst; William & Vergie Smith; father, Paul Smith, Sr.; sisters Connie Howard and Debbie Smith, of Chattanooga, TN.
Survived by his mother, Shirley Bryson; brother, Paul Smith, Jr.; sister, Tina Willhoit; girlfriend, Angie Winnie; caregiver, Levon Willhoit; several aunts, uncles, niece, and nephew.
A celebration of life will be held at later date.
