Doug Williams

Calvin Douglas Williams, 65, of Signal Mountain, TN, passed away February 10, 2023, in Chattanooga, TN. Born November 6, 1957, to the late Emmett and Joan Williams. Doug graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University. He also earned his Doctoral in Law from University of Georgia.

Doug loved spending time with his granddaughter, Lily. He had a love for all animals especially his service dog Hamilton and his birds.

In addition to his parents, Doug is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon “Shea” Williams and brother, Jim Williams.

Survived by his daughter, Amanda Haney (Josh Branum); siblings, Jeff Williams (Bobbie Williams); granddaughter, Lily Haney.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2023, 5:30-7:30, at Signal Crest UMC, 1005 Ridgeway Ave, Signal Mountain, TN 37377.
