Doris Arlene Owen, 91, passed away peacefully at her home in Harrison, Tennessee, Sunday May 8, 2022. Doris was preceded in death by her husband: James Dale (JD) Owen, her parents Coy and Ruby Jenkins along with two brothers and three sisters. Doris is survived by one sister.
During her illness she was cared for by her children and their spouses : Jim (Margurite) Owen, Becky Hunt, Annie (Ken) Robertson, Stan (Linnette) Owen, David (Stephanie) Owen. Doris had 13 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.
A special Thanks to the staff at Amedisys Hospices Care.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 10, 2022, 11:00AM, at the National Cemetary in Chattanooga.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Harrison Ruritan Club: 5709 Tyner Lane, Harrison Tennessee, after the service from 1pm to 4pm.
