Donna Marlene Kennedy

Donna Marlene (Hughes) Kennedy, age 65 of Chatsworth, Ga. formerly of Turtletown, TN went home to be with the Lord on Saturday July 25th, 2026.

Donna was born on October 17th, 1960, to the late Clemoth "Skip" & Marjorie Lee Hughes in Detroit, Michigan. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt & friend. She never met a stranger and to know her was to love her. She loved the Lord and was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church in Chatsworth, Ga.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband of 44 years, Randy Kennedy. Donna is survived by her son, Johnny Kennedy of Chatsworth, Ga. Brothers Ronnie Hughes (Linda) of Cisco, Ga. Wayne Hughes (Atress) of Clinton, TN and Sister Cindy Reid (Mark) of Turtletown, TN. Nieces Kimberly Carroll, Shelia Hughes, Shanda Williams, Jordan Ollinger & Nephew Dakota Crowe. Several great & great - great nieces and nephews also survive. Special friends Deborah Johnson, Karen Mapes & Mary Cook.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm til 5:00pm on August 1st, 2026, at Companion Funeral Home - Cleveland Chapel located at 2415 Georgetown Road, Cleveland, TN 37311. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 5:00pm with Pastor Donie Floyd officiating.
