Donna A. Goins

Donna Allissa Goins, 62, of Ringgold, GA, went home to be with the Lord on February 15, 2022, at her residence. She loved life and loved people. Donna attended The Chapel of Hope in Ringgold, GA. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Walter Millsaps and Helen Inez Millsaps. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jimmy Goins; two sons, Daniel and Paul Goins; sister, Shelia Hale; aunt, Melba Elsea; several nieces and nephews.
