Diane was known for her warm heart and unwavering kindness, traits that endeared her to all who knew her. She dedicated her career to education, serving as an Elementary School Kitchen Manager, where she nourished both body and spirit through her dedication to providing healthy meals for students.
Diane possessed a deep love for nature and the arts. She spent countless hours painting and creating ceramics, with a particular passion for collecting Native American artifacts. A lover of music, she often found joy in listening to the timeless songs of Elton John, and her culinary talents shone through in her cooking, especially during the holiday season when she delighted family and friends with her beloved Christmas cookies and homemade jams and jellies. Diane also cherished her travels, exploring new places and sharing joyful experiences with loved ones. Her weekends were often spent browsing flea markets, where she sought unique treasures.
Diane is survived by her husband, Mark Cooper; her father, Charles Land; her son, Joshua Cooper; her sister, Leslie Myers; and countless friends who will miss her gentle spirit. She was a member of the Rochester Hill Lions Club, where she continued to touch the lives of those around her with her generosity and unwavering support. Diane welcomed her son's friends into her home, treating them with the same love and affection she bestowed upon her family.
In her memory, Diane will remain in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her, a true embodiment of kindness and love for people. Her legacy lives on through her family and all whose lives she has touched.
