Dennis Edward Paschall

Dennis Edward Paschall, 72, of Cleveland, TN passed away on March 29, 2016. He was born on November 2, 1943 to Rene and Mary Paschall. He has been a resident of Cleveland for the past six years after moving here from Louisville, KY. Dennis was a veteran of the United States Navy and also worked for 40 years in the elevator industry. He had a love for antique cars and was also known as a handyman that could fix anything. Dennis also loved to sing and evangelize with anyone he came in contact with. Above all things, he was a loving husband, father, brother, and grandfather that enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his father, Rene Paschall.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 46 years, LaVonne Paschall; mother Mary Paschall; son Chad Paschall; daughters Mary Freel and Chanin Giannasio (Brian); brothers: David Paschall (Susan), Terrence Paschall (Sharon), Michael Paschall (Greta), Patrick Paschall (Susan), Paul Paschall (Lisa), and Mark Paschall (Sue); sisters Diane Watson (Jerry) and Mary Kay Smith (Russ); grandchildren: Silas Giannasio, Payton Giannasio, and Trey Giannasio. In addition to these, Dennis leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30am on Thursday April 7, 2016 at Omega Center International located at 410 Urbane Road, Cleveland, TN 37312 with Rev. Daniel Baker officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 7:00pm on Wednesday April 6, 2016 at Companion Funeral Home located at 2419 Georgetown RD NW, Cleveland, TN 37311. Interment will follow the service at Chattanooga National Cemetery at 12:30pm.
