Denise Donette Deal, 61, of Madisonville, passed away on April 13, 2024 at Monroe Health & Rehabilitation. She was born in Nelsonville, OH on December 28, 1962 to William and Wanda (Wilson) Jayjohn.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Wanda (Wilson) Jayjohn and her husband, Dennis Deal.
Denise is survived by her children, Ashlee (Nicholas) Thomas, Dennis Deal II., Samantha Deal, Jacob Deal and a brother, Dennis (Teresa) Jayjohn; grandchildren, Shelby, Logan, McKenzie, Mason, Madeleine Mason.
