Deidra Marie Prescott

Deidra "Dee-Dee" Marie Prescott (44) of Oak Ridge, TN, previously from Tampa Florida went home to be with the Lord on July 16th, 2026.

She is survived by her loving husband, John Prescott; daughter, Cierra Papademetriou (Trenton Horne); grandchildren, Carson and Lainey; parents, Roger and Jackie Perdue, Jr.; grandparents, Roger & Mary Perdue Sr; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, James and Eulalia Findley and her step grandfather Basil Perdue, her paternal Grandmother Jeannie Perdue, father in law Chester Prescott and mother in law Nina Prescott.

Dee-Dee was a medical professional for over 20 years in Tampa, FL and 6 months in Knoxville, TN. She worked in the hospitality Industry at Prime Time Sports Bar in Tampa, FL and was also a mobile Bar Tender. She was a financial assistant for 4 years with Kassira Wealth Management LLC and also the manager at Dean's Restaurant and Bakery. Dee-Dee and her husband were faithful members of The Ridge Church in Oak Ridge, TN.

A Memorial service will be held Saturday, August 1, 2026 with visitations from 10:00 am-11:00 am and Services starting at 11:00 am at Companion Funeral & Cremation Service, 653 Briarcliff Ave., Oak Ridge, TN 37830. After the services we will gather at Dean's Restaurant and Bakery to celebrate the life of Dee-Dee.

A celebration of life will be held after as well at a later date in Tampa, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of her name to the American Cancer Society for Renal/Kidney cancer.
