Deborah Mullican Fairbanks, 51, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023. Deborah was born on May 13, 1972 in Chickamauga, Georgia to the late Thomas and Ernestine Mullican.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Allen Mullican.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Jerry Fairbanks; and her son, Joseph Fairbanks.
