Debbie Lee Gibbens, 69, of Cleveland, TN passed away on June 30, 2025. She was born on May 12, 1956 to the late William and Betty Scott.
She is survived by her daughter, Tara Gibbens.
A memorial service will be held at 12pm on Sunday July 27th at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church with a reception to follow.
