David is survived by his son, Daniel Stevenson, and his daughter, Christina Miller. He leaves behind cherished memories that will be treasured by his family.

David was preceded in death by: James Stuart Stevenson, Maryllyn Ann "Lynn" Merritt Stevenson, Wilma Virginia Stevenson, and James Merritt Stevenson.
