David Brady

David Eugene Brady went home to be with the Lord, Friday, September 19,2025. He was born July 3,1947, and a lifelong resident of Harrison, TN. He graduated from Ooltewah High School in 1965 and was a Vietnam veteran, serving his country from 1966-1968.  He later retired from Nufoam Mfg. in 2013.

He knew and loved the Lord and was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church where he served as a deacon for several years.

He was married to the love of his life, Donna, for 59 years. He was a loving husband, Dad, brother, and Pop. He was loved by everyone, especially the ladies.... He had a way of making you feel special and will be greatly missed.

David was the original Mr. Fix it, multitalented in many things, including woodworking, drawing, and anything mechanical.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Brady; one and only daughter, Anita Brady Lee (Jeff Lee); one and only granddaughter, Kaitlin Lee; one and only sister, Brenda Banther (Dennis Banther); several special nieces and nephews; as well as special brothers in law and sisters in law.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Brady Jr. and Velma Brady and brother Jackie Leon Brady.

The family will receive guest and share memories Thursday, September 25, 2025, at Maple Grove Baptist Church 4:00-8:00 pm. Funeral service will also be at the church Friday, September 26, 2025, at 11:00. In honor of David's service in the US Army, will be laid to rest at Chattanooga National Cemetery at 1:30.
