David Allen Ferry, Jr.

David Allen Ferry, Jr., 63, of Sale Creek, TN, passed away March 15, 2023, at home after a hard-fought battle with Leukemia, of almost 2 years. Born February 16, 1960, in Waukegan, IL. David worked majority of his life hanging drywall and was excellent at it. David had a great sense of humor & quick wit. He had a love for guns, Nascar, and the outdoors. He had a large “giving” heart and was always there for anyone who needed help.

He is preceded in death by his father, Dave Ferry, Sr.

Survived by his mother, June Ferry; loving wife, Louise Ferry; daughter, Candace D. (Tanner) Clark; siblings, Joy (Mike) Phillips, Deborah Hixson, Donna (special friend Steve Clark) Padgett and Doug (Kathy) Ferry; grandchildren, Ryman and Layla Clark.

A memorial service will be held at 6:30 PM, Friday, March 24, 2023, at Sale Creek Fire Hall, Hwy. 27. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM, prior to the service.
