Darrell Guthrie

Darrell E. Guthrie, 85, of Brandon, Florida Passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Darrell was born on April 13, 1939, in Cleveland, Tennessee to the late James and Bermham Guthrie. He served in the United States Air Force carrying the rank of A3C Aircraft Mechanic. After returning home he was employed by Delta Airlines as an aircraft engine mechanic in the Tampa Bay area.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Mildred Albritton; brother-in-law, Paul Albritton, and his brothers, Thomas A. Guthrie, and James F. Guthrie.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Judy Guthrie; and his sisters in law, Johnny Bob Guthrie, and Reba Guthrie; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 11:00 am at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Pastor David Gamble officiating.
