Dan Rathbun, 71, a resident of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at his family residence. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 23, at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 3067 Spring Place Rd. SE Cleveland, TN 37323 at 4:00 pm.
