Danny Ray Price, age 66, of Athens, TN, passed away on October 26, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Danny was born on December 12, 1959, to the late Kenneth and Pauline Price. He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed playing cards and watching movies.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Pauline Price; his brothers, Bill, Bobby, Dallas, and Hobert Price; his sisters, Betty Greene Price and Susie Combs Price; and his son, Josh Wade Price.

He is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte Price; his children, Patty Lowe and Dana Hensley; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Hooper, Dixie Hensley, Savanna Lowe, and Sierra Lowe; four great-grandchildren; his sister, Sissy Hooper (Tim); his brothers, Charles Price and Michael Price; along with several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Companion Funeral and Cremation Service to assist with funeral expenses.

The family plans to hold a private burial for Danny.
