Danny Howard Davis

Danny Howard Davis, 75, Ringgold, GA, passed away Friday, November 14, 2025.

Born on August 19, 1950 in LaFayette, GA to the late William Howard and Mary Frances Davis.

He was also preceded in death by sisters, Judith Lemons and Sherry Davis.

Danny spent many years in the Merchant Marines from which he retired, served in Germany/Vietnam. He loved animals and enjoyed farming.

He is survived by his son, Alex Davis; grandchildren, Morgan, Maddie, and Sylas Davis; nephew, Greg Phillips; niece, Stacy Farrow; great-nephew, Rhett Smith; great-niece, Amanda Narramore; great-great-nieces, Gracie Narramore and Ellie Richards; ex-wife, Robin Davis; several cousins on the Hegwood and Davis sides of the family; and special friend, Paula Warfel.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
