Daniel Alton Terry, 71, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024. He was born on November 5, 1952 in Lawrence County, Alabama to the late Alton W. and Josephine Terry. Dan enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, watching TV, and collecting Zippo lighters. He also enjoyed music and playing several different instruments. Dan enjoyed life more than anything and could always be found with a smile on his face.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Darrell C. Terry.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Rebecca A. Terry; three sons, Jeff Terry, Jody Terry, and Robert Terry; his stepson, Rick Moore; and his siblings, Donnie Terry, and Lisa D. Terry; along with a host of extended family and friends.
A Celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Companion Funeral Home of Cleveland at 1:00 pm with Reverend Guinn Green officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm prior to the service. A Graveside service is to follow at Lee Cemetery.
