Connie Jump, age 58, of Harrison, Tennessee, courageously won her battle with cancer on January 28,2026 and peacefully entered eternal rest, reuniting with her beloved husband, Terry Jump Jr. Born on November 19, 1967, Connie was the daughter of Archie and Mary-Ann Barnes and lived a life defined by love, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to children and family.

On March 29, 2004, Connie married the love of her life, Terry, and together they built a family rooted in compassion and strength. Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Jump Jr.; her father, Archie Barnes; and her grandmother, Ida Duncan.

Connie had a huge heart for helping children. This calling led her to dedicate a large part of her life to foster care, opening her home and heart to many children in need. Several she lovingly adopted, giving them a forever home, while countless others were touched by her kindness, guidance, and unconditional love. Even those she never had the chance to officially adopt held a lasting and meaningful place in her heart.

A devoted mother, Connie taught her children to never give up, no matter the challenges life placed before them. Though life brought many curveballs, she faced each one with courage and fought with strength and grace until the very end. While the hole left in the hearts of those who loved her will always remain, her family finds peace knowing she is now cancer-free and whole with our Lord and Savior.

Left to celebrate and cherish her memory are her loving children: Brandon (Mandy) Parrott, Shane (Nicole) Parrott, Christian Pinion, Noah Pinion, Devan Jump, Joshua Jump, and Ashleigh Duncan; her cherished grandchildren, Michael Parrott ,Liliana Green, Alejandro Alvarado; her loving mother, Mary-Ann Barnes; her sister, Kelly (Brent) Phillips; brother Michael (Gabby) Yates;her beloved nieces, Maddy and Gabby Phillips; and the many foster children whose lives were forever changed by her love.

Connie will be remembered for her strength, her generous heart, and the countless lives she touched through her compassion. Her legacy lives on through her family and all who were blessed to know her.
