Clifford Lowe, age 88, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2025.
Born and raised in Tellico Plains, Tennessee, Clifford later made his home in Cleveland, Tennessee, where he lived for many years. He was a longtime and faithful member of Beacon Baptist Church, where his love for the Lord and his church family was evident in his life.
Clifford had a deep appreciation for the outdoors and took great pride in caring for his property. Whether mowing, blowing leaves, or simply being outside, he found joy in making his surroundings look a little nicer. He also cherished trips to "Amish Country" and especially enjoyed spending time with his dear friend Wayne Wallace while giving estimates on concrete jobs-moments filled with fellowship, laughter, and purpose.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wade and Ruby Lowe; brothers, Dan Lowe, David Lowe, and Jackie Lowe; and sister, Mary Richeson.
Clifford leaves behind his loving wife and "queen" of 65 years, Bobbie Ruth Lowe; daughters, Barbara (Josie) Stiles and Patricia (David) Brown; siblings, Jerry Lowe, Betty Graham, and Peggy Odom; grandchildren, Chelsea (Karl) Davenport and Chloe (Seth) Troyer; great-grandchildren, Emma Davenport and Brooks Troyer; and special friends, Wayne and Debbie Wallace, who treated him like family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m., officiated by Pastor Floyd Boggess. Clifford will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Clifford Lowe will be remembered for his quiet dedication, strong work ethic, love for family, and the kindness he shared with everyone he met.
