Clara Juanita Guthrie

Clara "Juanita" Ratcliff Guthrie, age 67, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was born on April 14, 1959, in West Covina, California.

She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Odell Ratcliff; her mother, Clara Mae Ratcliff Cross; her brothers, Billy Ratcliff and David Ratcliff; and her son, BillyJack Burnski.

She leaves behind; her children and their families: Tim Ratcliff and Kathy Ratcliff, along with Anthony and Bradley;

Tammy and Alan Wilson, along with Kenneth and Savannah, and her husband of 33 years, Bill Guthrie.

She is also survived by her siblings: Telina Cross Luther, Jimmy Cross, Jamie Cross LaPlante and husband Randy, and Shelly Cross Shaheen and husband Simon; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. She cherished her family and found great joy in spending time with her children, grandchildren, and her spoiled rotten dog, Miss Lou Lou.

Juanita will be remembered for her loving heart, her strength through life's hardships, and the love that she had for her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at Companion Funeral Home - Ridge Chapel on May 17, 2026 from 3:00pm til 5:00pm located at 2412 Georgetown Road, Cleveland, TN 37311. Companion Funeral Home is honored to assist the family with the arrangements.
