Chelsea Brianna Foster

Chelsea Brianna Foster, 31, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, TN passed away on Monday, August 24, 206 at her home. She was born in Cleveland on December 5, 1994. Chelsea loved cheerleading when she was in school, fishing, drawing and doing crafts, but most important to her was spending time with her children.

She is preceded in death by grandmother Ruby Aileen Foster, grandfather Papaw Doss, great grandfather George Prater, uncles Jason Dotson and Gary Stafford and great aunt Charylene Foster.

Chelsea leaves behind to cherish her memory her father and stepmother Michael & Deetra Foster, mother Shawn Dotson, three sons Landen Lowe, Conner Brown and Isaac Foster, one daughter Andi Foster, three brothers Easton Foster, Cameron Ellis and John Hall Jr., grandparents Jack Foster, Peter & Yvonne Dotson, Beverly Wade, Don Wade and Thelma Vick, great grandmother Patricia Prater, aunts and uncles Kathy Stafford, Bobby Doss (Cathy), PD Doss (Teresa), Jeremy Wade and Jonthan Wade (Tonya), great aunt and uncle Paul & Julie Conrad, cousin Sully Conrad, nephew Jonah Ellis, special mentor Tonya Cawood, special childhood friends Christina Morrow and Ariel Carbullido, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 31, 2026, from 5-7 PM in the Shelli Cody Memorial Sanctuary in the Ridge Chapel of Companion Funeral & Cremation Service located at 2412 Georgetown Rd in Cleveland, TN.

A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The family will be there one hour prior to receive friends.

The interment and committal service will follow in the Hiwassee Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Calhoun TN with Michael Fosterm Landen Lowe, Easton Foster, Josh Doss, John Hill Jr., Cameron Ellis, Cody Lowe and Jeremy Wade serving as pallbearers. Don Wade and Jonathan Wade will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
