Chase Jackson Scoggins

Chase Jackson Scoggins, born on August 30, 1997, in Cleveland, TN, passed away on September 23, 2025, in his hometown. He was the beloved son of Melodie Baker and C. J. Scoggins and cherished brother to Courage Scoggins. Chase touched the lives of many, and his memory will be forever held close by family and friends.

Chase was a creative spirit who found joy in art and expressed himself through his passion for playing the drums. He embraced life with enthusiasm, engaging in activities such as skateboarding and gaming, which allowed him to connect with friends and share memorable moments. His love for the outdoors brought him peace, and he often sought solace in nature. He loved learning new things and enjoyed sharing what he was learning with others.

His kindness, laughter and gentle spirit will be deeply missed, but the impact he had on those who knew him will endure. If you would like to celebrate Chase's life, the family asks that you please donate to your local homeless shelter or to Bradley Prevention Coalition.
