Charles H. Drummond

Charles H. Drummond (Charlie), 81, peacefully left this world on August 27, 2022, at home surrounded by his loving family. He and his wife have been residents of Cleveland, TN since 2015. Born in Newport News, VA, Charlie was a retired CEO of Tacoma Community Blood Center in Washington state. During his career, he managed blood centers across the country for over 40 years. His passions were his family, gardening, and wood working.

He was preceded in death by his parents Herman and Sara Drummond. He is survived by his wife Debbie; his daughter Rachel Brannen and husband Stephen; his sons, John Drummond and wife Patricia and Mike Drummond and wife Krista; his sister Martha Drummond - Dale and husband Les. He has been blessed with 9 grandchildren and 3 nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, Sept. 2, 2022, at First Christian Church, Cleveland, TN. 3925 N Ocoee St, Cleveland, TN. Cremation will follow. Family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to your church or charity of choice.

Family will receive friends following the service at home.
