Charles Vincent "Vinny B" Byess passed away on June 15, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved him deeply and will forever carry his memory in their hearts. Known to many as "Vinny B," he was a proud Southern man who loved the Georgia Bulldogs, NASCAR, and everything the South represented to him.

He adored his mother, Barbara Byess, and never hesitated to stand up for what he believed. Vinny B was funny, loud, larger than life, and unapologetically himself. Whether he was cheering on the Bulldogs, watching a race, or making everyone around him laugh, his presence was one that could never be ignored.

Survived by his loving mother, Barbara Byess; his four children, Autumn Jones, Ashley Smith, Audrey Brooks, and Kaylynn Byess; and his cherished grandchildren, Gemma, Zoie, Willa, and Amir. He was preceded in death by his father, Gus Byess; his brothers, Kenny Byess and David Byess; and his sister, Julie Hanson.

Life was not always easy, but through it all, Charles "Vinny B" Byess remained deeply loved by his family. His humor, his unmistakable personality, and the memories he created will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Though he is no longer with us, his family will forever remember the man they called Dad, Son, Granddad, and simply "Vinny B." He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
