Carolyn M. Jack

Carolyn (Hall) Jack, 68, Resident of Cleveland, went to be with her Lord on May 4th, 2020. She passed at her home with her loving husband, sister, and friends by her side. She was a graduate of Bradley High School and an employee of Georgia Pacific for over 30 years before she retired. She enjoyed camping, gardening, and spending time with her friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Fred and Geraldine Hall; brother Freddy Smith; grandparents John and Cordie.
Carolyn is survived by her loving husband, Charles Jack; her brothers and sisters, her faithful companions Dixie & Lobo, her special cousins Mama Wright, and many nieces and nephews, cousins and special friends.
