Carolyn J. Wright, 75, passed away January 12, 2016. She was born in Chattanooga, TN December 31, 1940 to the late Ted and Virginia Nelms. Carolyn had a good heart. She was filled with a giving spirit, loved shopping at yard sales, giving to friends and family at any given time.
Survivors include one son Ted Akin; two daughters, Cheryl Lively and Angie Nichols; two sisters, Judy Shadrick and Doris Meadows; four grandchildren, Brandy Akin, Brandon Swain, Kevin Powell and Cheston Brownlee; and one great-grandchild, Tristan Swain.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Crossroads Church (916 Carline Rd. Rossville, GA 30741) Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 4:30pm.
