Carlos Lewis

Carlos Franklin Lewis, known to many as Frankie, passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 77.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Lewis; his mother, Gladys Lewis; and his daughter, Amy Lewis.

Frankie is survived by his wife, Rhonda Lewis; his sons, Zane (Kayla) Lewis and Dakota Lewis; his brothers, Billy (Norma Jean) Lewis and Terry (Cynthia) Lewis; his sister, Pasty Bettis; his stepchildren, Tracy Goforth and David (Misty) Thompson; and his grandchildren, Miles Franklin Lewis and Kariss Coffey.

Frankie lived a full and hardworking life. He farmed for many years and enjoyed being outdoors. He loved going to old car shows and teaching his sons everything he knew. He also took great pride in mowing his yard and keeping it looking its best. Spending time with company brought him joy, and he never met a stranger.

Frankie will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his love for family, and the way he shared his knowledge with others. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
