Carlos Cartwright, 58, a resident of Chattanooga, TN passed away on Tuesday, January 10th, 2017. He is survived by his son Cole Cartwright and Cole's mother Toni Cartwright, sisters Debbie Downs and Sheila Duckett Price, brother Scott Barrow, mother Jo-Ann Barrow and step-father Bill Barrow. A graveside memorial service will be held at 2PM Saturday, January 21st at Ooltewah Cemetery off Old Lee Highway.
