Steve Silvers

Carl "Steve" Silvers, of Cleveland, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, August 26, 2023. Steve was born on July 3, 1954, in Cleveland, Tennessee to the late Clyde and Velma Silvers. Steve had many hobbies including hunting, fishing, shooting and collecting guns, riding his motorcycles, and reading western novels.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Linda (CL) Murray, Austin (Charlotte) Silvers, James (Mozelle) Silvers, and Tom (Leatha) Silvers.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Janet Silvers; daughter, Sharon (Shane) Norman; his granddaughter, Savannah Norman; and his siblings, Terry (Brenda) Silvers, Janice (Doug) Matthews, and Charles (Evette) Silvers; along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at 6:00 pm at Companion Funeral Home of Cleveland with Reverend Guinn Green officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm prior to the service.
