Carl Day

Carl William Day, 71, of Oak Ridge, TN, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at his residence.

Carl served his country not only as a decorated Veteran of the Marines and Army, serving in Operation Desert Storm, but also as a defense contractor for the United States Military.

Carl is survived by his sons, Carl Day Jr. of Danville, KY, and Winford Day of Palm Bay, FL; his grandchildren Tyler Black, Cameron Day and Everleigh Day; his great grandchildren Alice Stearns, Stella Day and Charlie Day; his sister Melinda Day McKinney of Hot Springs, SD.

Companion Funeral & Cremation Service, Oak Ridge Chapel, has charge of the arrangements.
