Buddy Chastain

Buddy Wayne Chastain, 82, of McDonald passed away on July 20, 2025 at his residence after a short illness.

He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Hettie Chastain, daughters Shelly and Kimberly, brothers Jimmy and Steve, nephew Scott Randolph and niece Chelsea Chastain.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda Chastain; daughter, Anita Gann; sons: Jeff Chastain, Rodney and Lebron Bain; sisters, Carolyn Hall and Jeanine Lipke; brothers: Bobby Joe and Greg Chastain; grandchildren: Lindia Bain, Brittany Gann, Wesley (Lacey), Courtney and Emily Bain, six great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Per his request, he will be cremated and will be laid to rest at a later date.
