Brian Health Kelso, 35, of 318 County Road 293 Philadelphia, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, July 5, 2021. Preceded in death by: Father, William Joe Kelso Jr. Brother, Carl Eugene Kelso. Survivors: Mother, Sondra Best, Step Dad, Lewis Best, Daughter, Ireland "Brat" Rainn Kelso, Sister, Christy Williams, Brothers, Christopher Kelso and wife Tierney, Ross Kelso. Nephews, Trae Williams, Dylan Williams. Nieces, Brooke Kelso, Katilyn Miller, Grace Williams, Taylor Kelso, Hailey Kelso, Leah Kelso and Abigail Kelso. Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Heath enjoyed his time exploring his talents in tattoos, drawings and loved everything about Ireland.
